Denis Smith [Left] Principal, started with J. M. Smith & Co in 1955 under the direction and guidance of his father James Matthew Smith. He assumed management in 1965 and became proprietor of the business in 1975 and is a licensed Auctioneer and holds Real Estate, Stock & Station & Business Agents licenses as well an experienced and registered Valuer. 

Pauline Smith [Second left] Receptionist and Office Administrator, commenced in the business in 1967 on a casual basis and has worked in full time capacity since 1994.

Katrina Dore [Third left] Daughter of Denis & Pauline, commenced in the business in 1993 and holds Real Estate and Stock & Station Agency licenses.

Andrew Dore [Right] Whilst mostly involved on the Pastoral side assists with property inspections, Land Auctions, Clearing Sale Auctions, Sheep Markets, Special Sheep Sales and general agency work.
